FireWorks Gallery Ltd. in accordance with our high standard of craftsmanship and quality and the ethics of the Canadian Jewellers Association, hereby guarantee the following:

1. All in stock items will be shipped with a 14 day money back guarantee from date of invoice (excluding shipping charges and any duties paid). Please notify us prior to return to ensure credit to your account. Items must be insured and returned at the client's expense, with a copy of sales receipt and returned in original packaging and be free from any wear.



2. Items made by represented artisans, as shown on this site, will be warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from date of invoice to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty does not include damage made by accident or misuse or abnormal wear and tear. As items are made by hand, slight inperfections are expected and not warranted.
