Our in-house goldsmith will take the highest quality care of your beloved pieces no matter how intricate the fix is.
We are happy to repair all jewellery including fashion and costume to fine, designer and sentimental heirloom jewellery. We will take your most beloved pieces and bring them back to life. Our greatest accomplishment is seeing our client’s face when they pick up their piece, in its sparkling, new-again, shockingly clean state.

Step 1

Bring in your piece to the store for a quote. We will assess your jewellery with an expert eye and give you an estimate for the work recommended. Our highly trained team will examine your piece of jewellery’s current condition, noting its metal, size, stability of settings, and stone condition.
We will ask you the right questions to return it to its former shine and sparkle. After going over the suggested repair work with you, the piece will make its way to our goldsmith studio.
Step 2
Where our work really begins.
We source any parts or new gemstones needed for your piece from our most trusted suppliers. Our master goldsmith will work on your piece at his bench on the upper floor of the store.
This process usually takes between 1-3 weeks, depending how intricate the work is, and how many repairs the goldsmith has in his queue. (Of course, if you need the piece sooner, we do offer a rush service.)
Step 3
When your repair is complete, it will be professionally cleaned in the studio and quality checked. We’ll give you a call or text for pick-up information. Until then, your piece will be kept safe and secure.
Upon pickup, we’ll review the repair work, answer any questions, give recommendations for its future care, and assure you are fully satisfied before you leave FireWorks with your newly restored jewellery.
