Sales, Refund and Exchange Policy
Showcase Items
We will refund or exchange any item that was sold by us as a stock item from our showcase within 30 days of delivery, as long as it was not altered from it’s original showcase condition. Item must be unworn, unaltered, including ring sizing.
Items that have been discounted during an advertised sale will be considered a “FINAL SALE”.
We warranty products to be free from manufacturer’s default (unless noted) for a period of one year. After the 30 day period we will repair or replace original item only (no refund).
Estate items are sold “AS IS” and are not covered by our warranty but can be exchanged or refunded within the 30 day period.
